Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Renkvalitet is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
